About the Colmslie Hotel
The Colmslie Hotel is part of the McGuire family owned and operated Hotels. The Group is constantly growing and expanding which provides great opportunities for career progression. The Colmslie Hotel is a busy hotel that has many bars, Restaurant, casual dining areas, Gaming room, function spaces, drive through bottle shop, and 49 guest rooms . We are located close to the Brisbane CBD and all it has to offer.
About the Role
We are looking for people who share our passion about food and have proven experience in working in a team environment. You will be preparing and serving food to our guests in all areas Functions, Restaurant, Bars and guest rooms.
Shifts can be up the the applicant. If you are not looking for a full time position you can be hired on a casual basis and you will have the ability to work as much or as little as you would like. We have shifts that cover 7 days a week from 6am - 10pm. We have the shifts to suit all applicants. Shifts will also be straight shifts as we do all day dining (no more split shifts).
