About the role

As a Carpenter at Complete Property Projects, you will be responsible for the construction of high-end residential projects. This full-time role is based in ACT and will involve working on a variety of residential projects.

What you'll be doing

• Completing all carpentry and construction tasks to a high standard.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
• Collaborating with the project manager, tradespeople and clients to coordinate workflows and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, following all relevant health and safety procedures
• Providing feedback and recommendations to improve processes and quality

What we're looking for

• Proven carpentry experience, ideally gained through an apprenticeship or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard of finish
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with the broader project team
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities on site
• A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
• Certification in relevant carpentry and construction qualifications
