With a program of new stores to come plus a loyal fan base that’s only getting bigger, this newly created Area Manager role will to steer the ship across up to 8 corporate & franchised locations.

Reporting to the GM of Operations and working closely with our founder, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing operational consistency, lifting team capability, and setting the pace for what great looks like as they scale.

Your mission?
Make every customer’s food experience consistently excellent — whether it’s in the CBD or the suburbs. You’ll coach restaurant leaders, embed rhythm and rigour, and create a culture where high performance and good vibes go hand in hand. You’ll bring cohesion across different restaurant formats while giving each team the tools, feedback and inspiration to thrive.

What you'll do:

• Be the operational link across all restaurants — lifting standards, solving problems, and driving commercial outcomes
• Lead and coach Restaurant Managers to deliver standout customer experiences and strong business results
• Partner with both corporate and franchise teams — creating clarity, consistency and alignment
• Spot growth opportunities, streamline operations, and keep teams energised and focused
• Build a culture where people want to do their best work and are clear on what great looks like
