We are seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses from the Clyde area who are highly experienced and passionate about working with NDIS participants with high care and complex needs. These are casual roles, offering flexibility to work. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in the home setting, assessing their health needs, managing complex conditions, and supporting them with holistic care approaches. Utilizing Redeema's person-centered framework and methodology of practice, your experience and skills will ensure the ongoing health and wellbeing of our valued participants. Our staff are expected to lead by example and provide our participant's with the highest possible levels of service in the industry. Previous experience in providing services in Tracheostomy, PEG, Catheter Care is essential as we are building competent 24/7 Care Teams to meet various participant's complex disability and health care needs. You must possess a sound understanding of accreditation standards and holding your role and responsibilities in the highest regard. This will enable you to excel in this role and most importantly, deliver a the highest caliber of service delivery and quality of care synonymous with the Redeema experience !

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing assessments and comprehensive care

Manage and monitor medications, complex wound care, continence support, and stoma care, tracheostomy's

Offer specialized care for clients with conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, and complex bowel care

Develop and review individualized care plans in collaboration with stakeholders and other healthcare professionals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Enrolled Nurse OR Registered Nurse (DIV 1 or DIV 2) with a valid AHPRA registration

Nursing experience, preferably in home or community-based care

CPR & First Aid Certification

Experience with complex care management- ventilator care, tracheostomy, epilepsy a MUST

Car & Current Victorian Driver's License

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

NDIS Worker Screening Check

WWCC

National Police Clearance

NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

A genuine passion for supporting clients

Willingness to travel
