We’re a community-driven health & fitness studio based in Fairfield — and we’ve been helping everyday people move better, feel stronger, and kick arse since 2016. We specialise in small group, semi-private, and personal training programs that are fun, challenging, and built around more than just fitness. Everything we do is built around our in studio concept of Elevated State with the goal of helping people.. Elevate. Their bodies, their energy, their vibrancy.
We’ve survived lockdowns, grown through grit, and we’re now building something even bigger — with a vision of Inspired Fitness to Elevate the Human Experience and a mission to bring people together to share the magic of embracing challenge at any age or stage.

🔍 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious and energised coach to join the crew. Someone who:
Cares deeply about helping people grow.
Brings THE energy to every session.
Thrives in a team environment.
Has a hunger to learn and wants a long-term role in the industry.
💪 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll start with our 6-week paid Northside Onboarding Program — a structured hands-on experience filled with shadowing, co-coaching, feedback, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes Northside, Northside.
After that, you’ll step into a part-time role with consistent hours, supportive mentoring, and room to grow.
Your Week Could Look Like:
Monday: 5:30am–11:30am
Wednesday: 5:30am–10:30am
Friday: 5:30am–10:30am
1–2 evening shifts
You'll be coaching across all three of our programs, supporting the member experience, and contributing to our “more than just training” approach.
Oh — and if a 6am start makes you groan… this probably isn’t the gig for you.

$32/hr+ starting rate (For the 6 week week onboarding).. then up from there.

📋 What You’ll Need (Essentials)
Certificate III & IV in Fitness
First Aid & CPR
Personal Indemnity Insurance
AusActive registration (we can help set this up if needed)
Nice to Haves (But Not Deal Breakers):
Health/Sport Science degree
Small group coaching experience
Extra certifications or workshops
Sporting or athletic background
