About the role…

Based from Ryde, this wonderful opportunity is for people who are passionate about community support, who enjoy guiding and developing others, and who have a genuine interest to partner with, and learn from experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders.

It is responsible for the leadership and development of a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in the areas of Employment supports, Individualised Support, and group-based Programs of Support

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders, your day-to-day role will include: -ensuring the effective delivery of quality services; development of your team providing mentoring and supervision to expand their knowledge and careers; drive acquisition, support all site tours and coordinate individual client activities into group programs of support. You will also plan weekly schedule and coordinate site visits to take place on the days where the planned activities are best matched to potential clients needs. You will be the main guru for all questions related to those planned activities eg: Employment enquires on days when SLES activities are running. After initial onboarding you will be able to deliver billable support including quarterly reviews, 1:1 and group facilitation.

About you…

This career opportunity is ideally suited to candidates who have had leadership experience in designing individualised or group-based programming, such as core groups and employment supports so people are engaged in innovative services. Your leadership foundations are solid in the areas of staff development and customer service, and you are a knowledgeable go-to person in the NDIS space.

To ensure your resume is successful in application, please highlight any leadership experience that has prepared you to lead a team and/or manage NDIS programs.

The salary package on offer for the position ranges from $73-$77.5K + 11.5% Super + up to $18,550 Salary Packaging Benefits + Royal Rewards. Any certificates or qualifications relevant to this sector or equivalent experience, will attract a base salary towards the higher end.
