About the role:
Lumia Care is looking for dedicated Community Support Workers to join our growing team across the Sutherland region including areas like Menai, Gymea, Sutherland and Illawong to provide quality care for our clients in their homes.

What You’ll Need:

• A caring, reliable and compassionate nature
• Cert III or IV in Aged Care, Community Services, or Disability (or working towards)
• Previous experience in community, aged or disability care
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, as you will be visiting multiple clients, this is a MUST!
• Current First Aid, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Your Day Might Include:

• Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
• Meal preparation and light domestic assistance
• Social support and companionship
• Transport to appointments
• Support with mobility, compression stockings, medication prompts
