Marley & Co Cabinetry is a family-owned business based in Melbourne, specialising in premium, functional, and design-led joinery. We partner with builders, architects and homeowners to create beautiful, custom cabinetry that elevates every space.

We're have 3 x roles available.

Qualified Cabinetmaker. This is your chance to take ownership of projects, solve challenges, and build interesting jobs from start to finish.

Machinist. This role involves taking material from full sheets and guiding it through the CNC and edge banding process getting it organised and ready for assembly

Installer. Looking for a talented cabinetry installer who can represent the company well on site, leaise with clients, problem solve and most importantly complete installs to a high standard in a reasonable timeframe.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the installation of custom joinery across residential and commercial projects

Interpret cabinetry plans and make on-the-spot decisions to ensure success

Troubleshoot issues, problem-solve, and keep installs on track

Work closely with our project management team

Manage deliveries, site setup, and install workflow

Co-create install systems and support continuous improvement

Represent Marley & Co on site – professionally and confidently

What we’re looking for:

Cabinetmaking qualification (Cert III or equivalent)

Proven experience in joinery construction/installation

Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and plans

Site leadership skills and decision-making confidence

Great communicator, both on site and with internal teams

Digitally capable – comfortable with apps and online systems

Reliable, presentable, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship

Valid Driver’s License + ETag (travel allowance provided)

Team player who’s always learning and improving
