ABOUT THE JOB:-

We are looking for an experienced, self motivated and hands on Engineering Support Store person who will monitor inventory in our engineering workshop and replenish parts, tools or materials as required. The role will involve liaising with both engineering and production teams on parts requirements and storage. This role will also involve developing good relationships with the Engineering suppliers to ensure that you can get both urgent and routine parts when required. Sound organisation, time management and prioritisation skills are required for this role to ensure that critical parts required for the plant are ordered and monitored and arrive on time for either breakdowns or preventative maintenance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY DO THE JOB:-

Prerequisites

Exposure to Warehouse stores/ inventory or procurement of parts within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods) industry.

Forklift licence and reach forklift enabled

Knowledge or exposure to Pronto XI CMMS is advantageous.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Good computer literacy skills.

Advanced Excel and intermediate user of other Microsoft Office products.

Year 12 VCE or equivalent trades certified.

A confident and approachable personality that can interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
