This team knows how to take care of their clinicians. Whether you're after part-time flexibility or full-time stability, they offer both, along with a caseload that's engaging, varied, and well supported.
- Choose full-time (38 hrs/week) or part-time (38 hrs/fortnight - Wed to Fri).
- Work mostly from their beautiful clinic, with just 25% mobile work (within a 25km radius).
- Competitive salary.

- Fortnightly 1:1 supervision with their Director (a highly experienced SPA-recognised supervisor).
- $2000 PD allowance each year plus 4 paid days to attend training.
- Remote admin support to keep your focus on therapy, not paperwork.
- 12% superannuation, 4 weeks annual leave, and 10 days sick leave.

About you:
- SPA membership.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Blue Card and Disability Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- Willingness to apply for a Medicare Provider Number upon accepting the role.
- Own vehicle and driver's licence.
- A commitment to working within a neurodiversity-affirming framework.
