OCC Services is a fast growing, national labour hire company which is now in the QLD market. OCC services is one of the longest standing labour hire companies in Australia, having been established in 1995. We are currently recruiting a Yard Hand for our client located in Mackay Harbour QLD. To be successful in this role, you will need a valid driver’s license, along with a forklift ticket, WP certification, and a Yellow Card. This position is temp to perm for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

General yard maintenance and housekeeping

Washing and cleaning machinery and equipment

Refuelling machines

Completing yard checklists and reports

Collecting and delivering parts as needed

Identifying, recording, and reporting any damage to machinery

Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as required

To be successful for this role you will need:

A valid Construction Induction (White) Card

A current and valid driver’s license

WP (Boom Type - Elevating Working Platform above 11m)

Yellow Card certification (Scissor Lift ticket) is required

Forklift ticket (LF)

To complete our online onboarding procedure and online medical questionnaire prior to beginning work

Ability to participate in an online interview via Zoom
