ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented Pool Tiler and Tiler who is passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tiling and a commitment to supporting fellow team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install and repair tiles with precision and attention to detail.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

- Maintain a positive and supportive work atmosphere.

- Troubleshoot tiling issues as they arise and propose effective solutions.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

- Conduct screeding for large outdoor areas to ensure flat surfaces for tiling.

- Accurately set out floor and wall tiles, following design specifications.

- Ensure all tiling work complies with industry standards and customer expectations.

- Assess and handle materials and tools responsibly.

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong understanding of materials and methods used in floor preparation and tiling.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job including lifting, bending and

kneeling.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

- Certificate 3 Floor and Wall Tiling.

- Strong work ethic and a driven attitude.

- Positive outlook and ability to motivate and support team members.

- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
