The Role

We are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our clients in Melbourne's western suburbs. These positions are based in fast-paced warehousing and logistics environments, offering consistent hours and potential for long-term opportunities.

As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating high reach forklifts to complete various warehouse tasks including stock putaways, replenishment and order picking.

Key Responsibilities

• High reach forklift operation
• Put away and replenishment of stock
• Order picking using RF scanners
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Staging and wrapping pallets
• Manual handling where required
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Following all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Experience in warehouse and logistics environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
