About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious operator to work across civil construction projects in the Toowoomba region. This full-time role involves operating both compactor and Moxy (articulated dump) trucks as part of our project delivery team. You’ll be working on a variety of works, including subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and road construction.

You’ll be expected to complete machine pre-starts, operate safely and efficiently, and assist with general site tasks as required. You’ll be part of a team that values quality workmanship, reliability, and a positive attitude on-site.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role. A Construction White Card is essential, and previous experience in civil construction environments will be highly regarded. A HR licence is preferred but not mandatory.

We’re looking for someone dependable, hard-working, and flexible—someone who works well with others and can take direction when needed.
