We're growing — and looking for passionate, talented Senior Stylists, newly Qualified or advanced 3rd/4th Year Apprentice Hairdressers to join our supportive, professional team.

💎 What We Offer

💰 Outstanding Compensation & Career Support:

• Senior Stylists: $38–$42 per hour (permanent rate) + generous bonuses & commissions.
• Newly qualified: $30-$32 per hour.
• Apprentices: Above Award wages.
• All team members receive regular training, mentoring, and career progression opportunities, including travel.
• Training & Upskilling - get paid to grow your skills & stay ahead in the industry
• For Senior role, we have an Apprentice per Senior ratio so you will always have an assistant.

🧘‍♀️ Work-Life Harmony:

• Full-time or Part-time with guaranteed hours.
• Flexible schedules to support your lifestyle.
• Flexibility with occasional Saturdays off, or no weekends.
• Salon closed Sundays and Mondays.
• Latest finish time: 7:30pm on Fridays, and only 1 late night per week.
• Additional leave: Closed over Christmas/New Year and Easter.

🌏 Travel & Education:

• Fully paid travel for industry-leading Aveda education in Melbourne or Sydney.
• Ongoing salon training and workshops to keep your skills sharp and inspired.

• No phone answering – our Salon Coordinators handle all bookings and front-of-house.
