The Role:
We’re seeking a reliable Pick/Packer for a permanent, full-time position in our Tweed Heads warehouse. Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM), you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of $25–$35 (negotiable based on experience). This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys a hands-on role in a dynamic, automotive-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking stock accurately using WHM software for stock allocation and order fulfillment.

Packing orders securely to ensure safe delivery to customers.

Conducting stock counts, including quick counts, shelf restocks, and annual stocktakes.

Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous warehouse picking and packing experience is preferred but not mandatory – training provided.

Strong focus and clarity to handle tedious tasks like reading bin locations and managing hundreds of SKUs.

Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.

Minimum HSC or equivalent education.

Forklift license is a bonus but not required.

A passion for cars is a plus but not essential.
