Dixon Homes is a trusted name in the building industry, delivering quality homes with efficiency and expertise. We are looking for a motivated Covenants and Planning Junior to join our team and support the town planning process for new builds.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct town planning checks for new builds, including town plans, setbacks, overlays, utility connections, covenants, building envelopes, and character overlays.

Assist in implementing town planning requirements during the design selection process and guide clients through the sales journey.

Prepare and submit applications such as covenant submissions, council applications, and relevant approvals.

Obtain necessary quotations for additional requirements, such as hydraulic plans, ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Background in town planning, building regulations, or a related field (current university students encouraged to apply).

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret planning guidelines.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
