About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at Preston Rowe Paterson Tasmania as a Valuer Support Assistant for their Property Valuation division. This full-time role is based in North Hobart, TAS 7000 and will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience in the property valuation industry.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative and research support to the valuation team
Assisting with the preparation and compilation of valuation reports
Conducting market research and data analysis to support the valuation process
Managing valuers inspections and coordinating with clients if required
Maintaining comprehensive property and valuation records
Undertaking any other tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the valuation team
What we're looking for
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in using relevant property and valuation software - onsite training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
Keen interest in the property valuation industry
Relevant experience in a similar role or within the property sector would be highly regarded
