URM Skips is looking for reliable and experienced Skip Bin Truck Drivers to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers steady weekday work (Monday to Friday) with plenty of overtime opportunities for the right candidate.

Applicants must have prior experience operating skip bin trucks and hold a valid HR licence.

The Role

As a Skip Bin Truck Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of skip bins across Sydney. You'll be the face of URM Skips, delivering excellent service while keeping safety and efficiency front of mind.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Marrel and Hook skip bin trucks safely and responsibly

Deliver and pick up bins from residential, commercial, and industrial sites

Secure and transport loads in line with road safety laws

Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues

Maintain clear communication with dispatch and provide excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

A valid HR licence (mandatory)

Prior experience operating skip bin trucks (essential)

Experience with Marrel skip bin trucks

Understanding of safe loading/unloading procedures

Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude

Strong commitment to safety and compliance
