Get to know the Role:
Border Express currently has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and motivated HR/MR Bulk Driver to join the team at our Newcastle Branch.
Duties:
Deliveries to customers
Maintain Runsheet and PDA during the day
Pickups
Ensure load is compliant
Aid in loading and strapping the vehicle where required
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in the Transport industry
Excellent Driver History Report
Great local knowledge of Newcastle and surrounding areas
Sound knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements, Load Restraint requirements
Ability to work unsupervised
Experience in tailgate, pallet jack, pallet breakdown
MR or HR licence is essential for this position
Forklift Licence is essential for this position
Experience in multi-drops: Tailgate, Hand Unloads, Pallet Jack & Tautliner essential
