We’re a fun, team-driven company where no two days are the same – and we’re looking for a reliable Warehouse All-Rounder to join our small hardworking crew in Salisbury.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to support the daily operations of our warehouse. You’ll be involved in all aspects of order fulfilment and warehouse upkeep, playing a vital role in making sure our products get where they need to go – on time and in great condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch wholesale and retail orders

Process online orders and prepare shipping labels using freight software

Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels

Unload pallets and deliveries, checking incoming stock against manifests

Pack large wholesale orders onto pallets if required

Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organisation is maintained at all times

Safely operate trolleys, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse equipment

Repackage or relabel stock as needed

Help with basic assembly or prep of seasonal displays, product kits, or promotional items

Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Be comfortable with taking or being part of content creation to boost brand awareness on social media

What We’re Looking For:

Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills

Happy to assist in any and all parts of running the business when called upon by management
