What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting residents with daily activities and personal care
• Providing comfort, dignity, and high-quality care
• Filling casual shifts when regular staff are unavailable
• Representing HCA with professionalism and kindness

About You

• Minimum 6 months of aged care experience
• Able to cover at least 1–2 shifts per week (across any shift type)
• Willing to travel to a variety of Bundaberg-based facilities
• Preferred: NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain)
