NeoWest Building Company are a long-established contractor, primarily servicing a major Pilbara iron ore producer across the Pilbara. The advertised role is FIFO from Perth Only, no eastern states or overseas applications will be considered. We seek an experienced ceiling fixer for an ongoing housing refurbishment project in the Pilbara (Paraburdoo and Tom price).

We have a new position available for an experienced ceiling fixer.

Starting rates (note that meals breaks are paid):

Trades - $55.00/hour + super

The successful candidates will ideally have:

-FIFO from Perth (Eastern states not considered)

-Must have: Residential refurbishment experience, both fix & flush.

- Ability to wear PPE including clean shaven for P2 respirators if required.

- Ability to achieve the highest quality of finishes in a very efficient manner.

- Clean Driver's license (manual preferred).

- Provide own tools (note: 5" grinders to have paddle switch and soft start)

- Ability to pass medical / D&A screens and complete 1day RTIO induction (All) and Asbestos Removal training courses (there is occasional ACM dust fond in the properties), and attend respirator fit-test.

- Pride in their work, their workplace and maintain good housekeeping.
