• Hourly Rate: $34 ph casual rate

• Hours: Monday - Friday (11am - 7pm)
• Employment Type: Ongoing casual (38 hours per week)

The Driver will be operating items of plant, equipment and undertaking associated manual tasks associated with the city's cleansing operational requirements.

Key responsibilities as a Driver Operator

• Operate a range of cleansing unit related plant items as required in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete vehicle inspection checklists and ensure that all necessary repairs are reported to minimise vehicle downtime also undertake routine plant maintenance.
• Maintain records and provide information as required.
• Supervise and/or assist in training of other Cleansing team members or casual hire staff as required.
• Must have HR experience
• Compactor experience is preferred but not essential
