The Role:

As a Senior Loan Processor/ Senior Para Broker joining Loan Market Bowral supporting two brokers with a growing team, you will enjoy working within a supportive and social team environment. We have office spaces based in both Goulburn and Bowral, but we will be providing you with hybrid work-from-home arrangements to suit your lifestyle, with the expectation to travel into our appointed office location once a month to participate in team planning days. This role would be ideal for someone based in Canberra, Sydney, Wollongong, the Southern Tablelands or the Southern Highlands.

About the role

Managing client, lender and business contact relationships

Seeing loan applications from submission to settlement

Data entry through MY CRM (database and lodgement system) and Apply Online.

You will be required to liaise with clients and referrers to keep them up to date, as well as lenders, to ensure the application is moving effectively.

You will work closely with industry leaders and an Award-winning Director and Team to ensure that the highest level of service is offered to all clients and associates.

You will learn more and more every day by being exposed to a high-paced, high-volume business.

Requirements

You will have extensive experience in Mortgage Lending (mandatory)

Be highly organised and motivated, confident and able to deliver exceptional work autonomously

Charismatic and approachable

Certificate IV and/or Diploma of Financial Services (not mandatory)

Be able to travel to the Bowral or Goulburn office once a month to participate in a team planning day

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy

Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office and Google Platform)
