Footgear, a leading retailer of quality footwear and accessories, is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant to join our team in Pacific Fair. In this casual role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and suggesting products to meet their needs
• Maintain a neat and organised store appearance by restocking shelves, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed
• Actively participate in sales and promotional activities to drive store performance
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment
