We are seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand to join the Manufacturing team at Hi-Light. This full-time role is based in our factory in Central Bendigo, where you will play a key part in the assembly and production of our premium security products in Crimsafe.

The role will include but not limited to:

Assisting in the assembly and production of premium security products such as Crimsafe & Security Doors.

Operating various factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to complete production tasks

Completing tasks in a timely manner with a high attention to detail

Occasional driving of company transport to local suppliers.

Occasional work on site with Installation staff

Receiving of goods inwards to the Factory

Overtime through peak season

Working within a team environment as well as independently

Maintaining a clean working environment

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

Competent use of hand & power tools

Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions

Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

Self-motivated & driven to work effectively & efficiently

Attention to detail and quality control

Forklift license or willingness to obtain one

Full driver's license

The successful applicant will be reliable with a strong desire to achieve a high quality and attention to detail in the production & assembly of Security products. Police check required upon being successful
