Responsibilities:

The Stock Control admin will be responsible for the maintenance of all new vehicle inventory ensuring all vehicles are processed on arrival from the manufacturers and trade ins processed at time of new car delivery.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Previous Vehicle Registration & Stock Controller experience is favourable.

• Creation of stock units and allocation of stock numbers once vehicles have been released from the manufacturer
• Processing of all manufacturer vehicle invoices
• Create folders for new cars in preparation for arrival
• When cars arrive:
• Raise PD RO
• Invoice
• Send folders (deal packs) to brand manager
• Fill out service books with car info
• File books & spare key

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of the Automotive industry.
• Strong & Professional verbal, written and phone communication.
• Team player
• Excellent attention to detail, punctual & reliable.
