We are seeking teachers with the passion and dedication to provide one to one literacy/numeracy intervention to primary or secondary school aged students who are struggling academically due to neurodiversity or learning difficulties. This is an onsite role, working collaboratively with Speech Pathologists and Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications & experience:

VIT registered Primary Years teacher/Secondary Years teacher

High level of verbal and written communication skills.

Current Police Check and Working with Children Check

Tasks & responsibilities

Provide literacy/numeracy intervention, working with students one-to-one. Students generally range from Prep to Year 6 and secondary students Year 7 to Year 10.

Build strong, trusting relationships with students

Have an excellent working knowledge of the Victorian Primary Curriculum/Secondary Curriculum

Work collaboratively with Speech Pathologists to support the student's learning needs.
