We are seeking experienced and skilled Tree Planters and Nursery Staff to join our team at West Coast Revegetation Pty Ltd for an IMMEDIATE START in the peel region of WA. As a Planter and or Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rehabilitation and revegetation of mine sites through the production of high-quality native plants. This is a casual position with a focus on hands-on, practical work in our nursery and on site.

At this stage, the roles are seasonal, and we need EXPERIENCED tree planters and nursery staff for 8-10 weeks for June and July 2025 Nursery Staff.

What you'll be doing.

Planting native trees and plants throughout areas of the mine site that have been mined and are ready for rehabilitation

Perform routine nursery tasks such as netting, transfer seedlings from seedling trays to tubs,

Participate in the preparation and planting of native seedlings at mine site revegetation projects.

Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the nursery and revegetation operations

What we're looking for

Strong interest and passion for environmental conservation and restoration

Experience in horticulture, plant nursery operations, or revegetation projects (desirable but not essential)

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks in an outdoor environment

Willingness to learn and develop new skills
