Reporting to the General Manager, you will be offering our luxury bedding products that are backed by a full 21-year guarantee, supported by a reputable and successful company established since 1955.

Building relationships with clients using a consultative approach.

Providing sound product knowledge to customers.

Supporting the business with administration duties across sales and operations.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will have the following attributes & experience:

Previous retail and sales experience essential.

Computer competency and accuracy with HubSpot CRM or similar systems highly regarded.

Effective communication skills.

Self motivated with exceptional time management skills and high attention to detail.

Passion for exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring that high quality standards are consistently maintained.

Ability to work independently and willingness to work hands on and assist in all areas of the business.

Positive 'can do' attitude with high energy, drive and enthusiasm, with the willingness to do whatever it takes.

Desire to work with a luxury, high quality product backed up by a reputable and successful company established since 1955.

Flexibility to work weekends.

Excellent standard of personal presentation.
