Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of hair and grooming services for both men and women, including:

Haircuts and styling (classic, fades, modern looks, scissor cuts, and long hair styling)

Beard trims, shaping, and grooming

Traditional hot towel shaves

Hair blow-drying and finishing

Use of modern cutting and styling techniques and products

Conduct consultations to assess individual grooming needs and provide expert advice

Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional workstation

Adhere to salon hygiene, safety, and infection control standards

Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and referrals

Recommend and upsell suitable haircare and grooming products

Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and high levels of customer satisfaction

Collaborate effectively with other team members in a unisex salon environment

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a professional Barber

Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing (or equivalent preferred)

Proficient in barbering services and hair styling for all genders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High standards of hygiene, safety, and client care

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with booking and POS systems (preferred)
