We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Pick Packer with a valid Forklift Licence to join a growing warehouse team in Yennora. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a respected Australian manufacturer of high-quality metal cabinets for firefighting equipment.

As demand increases, this business is expanding its operations and looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The role is casual to permanent for the right person and offers consistent hours, great team culture, and an immediate start.

About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse role where attention to detail and accuracy are critical. You'll be working in a well-organised facility, manually picking and packing orders. The product range includes items with very similar shapes, sizes, and specifications, so you'll need to pay close attention to part numbers to ensure accurate fulfilment.

Unlike many modern warehouses, this environment does not use scanners, so familiarity with manual systems and strong focus are essential. In addition, you'll be operating both counterbalance and high reach forklifts to assist with stock movement and storage.

Key Responsibilities

Manually pick and pack customer orders based on specific part numbers

Handle items with small specification differences - accuracy is essential

Operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts

Learn product locations and specifications over time

Follow safe work practices and assist in general warehouse duties

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be comfortable with manual picking systems and be confident on both types of forklifts.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in manual pick packing roles

Licensed to operate forklifts (current LF Licence)

Skilled with both counterbalance and high reach forklifts

Focused, accurate, and able to distinguish between similar-looking items

Proactive and willing to learn the full product range

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
