About the role

Renoworx are seeking a dedicated Tiling Apprentice (Wall & Floor Tiler) to join their team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time position, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in the building trades industry under the guidance of experienced professionals. Applicants must be Australian residents or citizens only with full working rights within Australia.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the preparation and laying of floor and wall tiles on residential and commercial construction projects

Cutting, shaping and fitting tiles to specifications

Mixing and applying adhesives and grout

Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment

Completing all tasks according to industry standards and safety regulations

Participating in on-the-job training and attending vocational education classes

What we're looking for

Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn the tiling trade

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Physical fitness to perform the tasks required
