Maintenance Manager – FIFO 8:6

Our Client is a leading civil, construction and haulage company with operations across Western Australia. Due to continuous growth and securing several new projects, they are seeking 2x experienced Maintenance Managers to join their onsite operations.

The Role is working an 8:6 day shift roster only, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from the Kalgoorlie region. The role will be managing an onsite team of 15-20 employees, with approximately 20 different types of plant and heavy machinery, not including any light vehicles onsite.

To be considered:

• Experience working as a maintenance manager, overseeing mobile plant and equipment.
• Mechanical trade certification – essential.
• Current drivers licence.
• Ability to pass mine site medicals and drug and alcohol testing.
• Current National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 12 months).
• Outstanding communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal).
• Outstanding time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive when facing strict time constraints.
• Self-driven initiative and motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
