You’ll Thrive Here If:

You’ve got 1+ year in support work, mental health, high behaviours, or youth/residential care

You know how to navigate trauma, complex behaviours, and psychosocial challenges

You train your body, grow your mindset, and show up for more than a paycheck

You’ve got experience in Men’s Work, Martial Arts, Military, Security, Sport, or Coaching? Even better.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing support in the community and at home

Managing high-intensity behaviours with calm, clear strategies

Mentoring participants and encouraging self-responsibility

Supporting with personal care (where applicable)

Working alongside mental health, trauma, addiction, and psychosocial diagnoses

Writing clear, detailed shift notes and reports that reflect your impact
