About the Opportunity

Randstad is partnering with a leading residential waste management provider, offering immediate starts for experienced HR Drivers. We are seeking drivers to operate SideArm and Rear Loader trucks across Greenacre, with early morning starts and the potential for long-term, permanent opportunities.

Location: Greenacre, NSW

Pay Rate: From $47+ per hour (experience dependent)

Shifts: Monday to Friday | Early starts between 4:00 AM - 5:30 AM

Minimum Paid Hours: 7.6 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

Operate SideArm or Rear Loader trucks for residential kerbside collection

Follow scheduled routes, ensuring timely and safe collections

Support offsiders/runners as required

Maintain strict safety practices, including PPE usage and hazard reporting

Communicate effectively with operations on any route or maintenance updates

Requirements

Valid HR Truck Licence

6-12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)

Reliable transport to and from depot

Physical fitness to climb in and out of trucks and lift up to 30 kg

Strong commitment to teamwork and safety

Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and a police check

RMS driving history report required

Please note: During your first two weeks, you will be paid as an offsider while completing compliance training.
