Plant Operator with Forklift Licence (Hybrid Role)
Location: Arndell Park, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $34.26 per hour + potential for overtime
Zoom Recruitment is seeking a reliable and motivated Plant Operator with a Forklift Licence for an ongoing position with Elgas, a leading name in LPG gas supply, located in Arndell Park, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Split duties: part-time on the plant floor and part-time forklift operation
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving cylinder cages to the refurbish plant for restocking
- Refurbishing and maintaining gas cylinders
- Filling gas cylinders of various sizes
- Manual handling, including lifting to 25kg
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid LF Forklift Licence is essential with min 1 year experience
- Previous experience with gas cylinders is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with strong manual handling capability
- Safety-conscious with good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
