Look no further - Moxy is on the hunt for two crew trainers for its AirBnB & Resort housekeeping operations!
Moxy was founded by hoteliers who believe in bringing respect back to the cleaning industry. We are committed to paying cleaning experts fairly and stop the exploitation of cleaners on ABN. We pay above-award wages to recognise your hard work and professionalism. We manage over 250 AirBnBs on the Sunshine Coast, as well as the housekeeping operations of several resorts from Coolum to Noosa.

THE ROLE:
Training: Onboard new team members in hands-on training to impart Moxy's and the respective clients' standards.
Cutting Edge: Our mission is to be the best accommodation cleaning company on the Coast - and you play a big part in making it come true.
Coaching: Conduct regular quality checks and provide constructive feedback to the team member
Location: We expect you to be flexible and able to get around in a reliable car. The Resorts Crew Trainer position is centred around the northern Sunshine Coast, while the AirBnB Crew Trainer is based around the Maroochydore area.
All-Hands-On-Deck: Support cleaning operations during busy periods or staff shortages.
Documentation: Assist in updating training materials and checklists
Feedback Loop: Evaluate & report training progress and team performance to management.
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU:
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Empathy: Each person learns differently. You have the emotional finesse to recognise it and adjust accordingly.
Excellent Communication: Clear and respectful communication to ensure instructions are understood.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring cleaning and presentation standards are consistently met and maintained.
Reliability and Punctuality: Leading by example with dependable attendance and punctuality.
Knowledge of Cleaning Procedures: Well-versed in industry best practices, safety protocols, and equipment use.
Presentation: An eye for interior design - symmetry is king!
Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and professional attitude towards clients and team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges promptly and efficiently.
Patience and Flexibility: Capable of managing diverse team dynamics and adapting to changing needs.
This role is ideally suited to a housekeeping professional at supervisory and above level, with a passion for training and coaching.
