About the role

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Miranda Aged Care Facility Team!

This position will report to the Care Manager.

Your main duties will include:

Provide a range of key direct care activities such as nursing care procedures, restorative care, infection prevention & control

Provide leadership and first line supervision to Nursing Assistants

Collaborate with other health professionals and service providers in the coordination, management and delivery of care

Develop, implement & evaluate Nursing Care Plans

Documentation to support resident care needs

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

Completed qualifications in Nursing

AHPRA registration

Must have at least 2 years Aged Care Registered Nurse experience

Excellent communication skills with patient, compassionate and caring approach to working with people.

Takes initiative for problem solving with a resilient yet empathetic approach towards the solution.

A good eye for detail

A team player with a vibrant, welcoming, and pleasant manner
