About the role

To support our continued growth, we have the opportunity for Mechanical Service Technicians, specializing in rotating equipment to join our national team, on a permanent, fulltime basis for long-term maintenance contracts. This opportunity attracts a 15:13 FIFO roster from any Australian Capital City with work locations across various sites in Queensland. To successfully execute the role, you will require strong mechanical knowledge, ideally with experience on gas compression packages and wellsite assets.

Rotating Equipment Technicians with experience in gas compression maintenance including operation, diagnostics, major overhaul and servicing of Ariel Compressors, Waukesha Gas Engines, Jenbaucher and Caterpillar Gas Engines.

15:13 roster on offer with work across various maintenance facilities located in Dalby, QLD

Permanent, full time role with salary ranging from $130,000 - $160,000 based on level of experience & expertise

Who do we want to hear from?

Demonstrated experience with Diesel Mechanical Components and Gas Compressor engines (Ariel Compressors, Waukesha Gas Engines and Caterpillar Gas Engines)

Minimum 3+ (3) years’ experience post apprenticeship on HD Mechanical

A willingness to gain exposure to calibrations and pressure testing

Hold nationally accredited qualifications including:

Current Australian Drivers Licence (C, MR or HR)

First Aid / CPR Training

PMASUP236B Operate and Maintain a 4WD Vehicle

ISI Industry Safety Induction

MSMWHS217 Gas Test Atmospheres

Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
