Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays, and Friday 9am-5pm (~30.4/week).

Job Types: Casual preferred but PT or FT contracts available.

Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients in selecting eyeglasses and lenses based on their prescriptions and lifestyle needs.

Fit, adjust, and repair frames to ensure proper fit and comfort.

Educate patients on frame and lens care.

Provide outstanding customer service and address any questions or concerns.

Ensure the dispensary is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Process orders and maintain accurate patient records.

Work alongside the optometrist and team to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications:

Previous optical dispensing experience is necessary.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a small team.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment.

A passion for helping people and delivering excellent patient care.
