The Organization:

They have an extremely strong audit division with a loyal and expanding client base across: NFP's, membership organisations, charities, hospitality, aged-care, agribusiness, construction and trade unions.

They are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor (or Senior ready to make the step up!) to join them. You'll be working with a young and diverse team with quick and tangible opportunities for directorship in the long-term.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising and coaching staff for the audit projects | Reviewing junior work
• Job budgeting, job completion, planning and documenting
• Planning audits (designing and implementing audit strategies and procedures)
• Completing fieldwork, analyzing financial information and offering audit advice
• Being a point of contact for client queries and assistance

Experience and attributes:

• 5+ years' experience as an external auditor in Australia following AASB
• Technically strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
• Ability to mentor a team and assist junior staff members
• Experience using Xero software
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Having a car is ideal for occasional on-site engagements
