Responsibilities

Operate Hook Lift and Front Lift trucks across the Townsville region

Collect, transport, and dispose of various waste and recyclable materials

Complete daily pre-start and safety checks on vehicles

Maintain high standards of service and safety when operating independently

Ensure your vehicle and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained

Accurately complete relevant documentation and adhere to compliance procedures

Profile

Your Profile

Current HR licence with a good driving record

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the waste industry (essential)

Proven experience with Hook Lift and Front Lift trucks

Strong safety awareness and commitment to compliance

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude

Reliable, punctual, and able to deliver consistently in a solo-driver role
