What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Worker with DANS, you’ll do more than just assist—you’ll make a real difference every single day. You’ll support people in their homes and communities by:

Assisting with routine household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation

Supporting clients with personal care needs and medication management

Providing safe transport to medical appointments, social activities, and essential errands

Establishing and maintaining trusted, professional relationships with clients and their families

You’ll help people live their best lives, and in return, you’ll grow your own skills in a warm and encouraging environment.

We’re Looking for People Who…

Have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or similar

Bring experience from aged care, community care, or disability support

Are kind, adaptable, and motivated by a sense of purpose

Hold a driver’s licence and have/or are willing to complete First Aid training
