Benton Collective is a fast-growing logistics company that specializes in the transportation of ebikes across Sydney. We’re currently looking for a motivated and reliable Owner Driver to join our team. If you’re seeking flexible work, want to set your own hours, and have a 1.5 tonne van or larger, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Transporting ebikes between our Sydney warehouse and drop spots around Sydney

Loading and unloading ebikes safely and efficiently

Creating your own routes and your own plan of attack for each shift

Maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

- You own a 1.5 tonne van (or larger)
- Hold a valid Green P or Full Driver’s License
- Have an ABN (this is a contractor role)
- Are based in Sydney
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Can start immediately
- Full-time availability preferred
- Bonus: Experience in transport/logistics is helpful, but not required
