About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses with Community and Clinical Experience to join our team in Lumia Care across the Sydney Metro and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

• A minimum of three years' experience.
• Experience and background in community and/or hospital settings.
• Palliative care experience is highly desirable.
• Competent in medication management and wound care. Additional wound care training will be provided as needed.
• High acuity skills including cannulation, PICC line management, catheterisation, IV therapy (including antibiotics).
• Reliability and willingness to travel.
• Current Core Competencies
• Must have Australian Work Rights

Candidate Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration.
• Strong commitment to aged care and person-centred support.
• Reliability and willingness to travel within Brisbane.
• Demonstrated nursing judgment, confidence, and professionalism.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Satisfactory background checks, including Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
