About the role

Before The Build Contracting is seeking a reliable and hardworking person/people to fit various rolls; labourer, Machine Operator or Fencer to join our team that works all over Adelaide and Mount Barker. You will be responsible for assisting with the construction and installation of retaining walls and various fencing projects. This is a casual position to start, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your needs. The right candidate will have a full time position available after.

What you'll be doing

Operating excavator

Assisting with the construction and installation of retaining walls

Installation of good neighbour fencing

Drilling

Site cutting

Take down and removal of fencing

Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

What we're looking for

Welding skills an advantage but not essential

Ability to work effectively as part of a team but able to work alone also

Good communication

Holds a valid driver's licence

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labour tasks

Reliable and punctual
