About the role

As a Glazier / Installer at Michigan Glass' (t/as B&B Glass and Glazing), you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the company's reputation for excellence in the delivery of high-quality shower screen installation and other glass related services. This full-time position is based in Slacks Creek, QLD and will see you contributing to a wide range of residential projects across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Carefully measuring, cutting, and installing glass in residential properties

Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients throughout all stages of projects

Contributing to the ongoing improvement of workplace safety and efficiency

Supporting the broader operations of the glazing team as required

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Glazing or a related trade will be well regarded

2 years' hands-on experience as a Glazier or Installer

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to contribute to a small collaborative team
