About the role

Verico Electrical is seeking experienced Underground Electricians to join our team. This is a full-time FIFO role, based in the Goldfields region of WA.

What you'll be doing

Install, maintain and repair electrical and communication systems and equipment in underground mining environments

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and issues

Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards

What we're looking for

A- Grade electrical licence

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Underground Electrician in the mining industry

Rights to work in Australia (overseas applicants will not be considered)

Strong knowledge of electrical theory, design, installation and maintenance practices

Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Commitment to safety and a track record of working safely in hazardous environments

Strong communication and teamwork skills
